A few weeks back Aaron's sister and her family came for a visit ~ meet The Grogan Family! We had the chance to run downtown for a little family session and a few bonus shots of the cousins together! We rushed around and got all these kidos ready (not an easy task may I add). We had big plans of taking both families all together. Well it was hot and kids were a cryin'! So, we got what we got! Still lots of fun and a great time hanging out together.
As most of us, we all struggle with what to wear to a session. I will have you know Andrea found ALL clothing for her family on consignment and did not spend over $25 the day before our last minute session. This doesn't have to be a "break the bank" expense, just a little coordination! They all look GREAT!
Does anyone one to take a stab at who the two bosses are in this mix?!?!?
We failed at getting a shot of just the "boys" but we'll try again next visit. We'll hope for cooler temps and happy kidos!
Grogan Family - we LOVE you all so much and treasure the time we get to spend with you. Wish the trips were more frequent and less miles in between!

Spradlin Family
Let me just say - I am in LOVE with my new red velvet chair! There have been a few negative commeters (just my Dad actually)...but they haven't seen it in my dining room! Or in the pasture! Its a win, win!!!
Meet the Spradlin family. Two of the sweetest little boys I've met! And one of the prettiest locations. We took pictures on the Howe ranch in Sulphur. Every which way I turned, there was another great location.
Mandy, enjoy your sneak peek! I hope Luke is feeling better and you guys are back home safely. I enjoyed seeing you and your family.
and yes...he was just as sweet as he looks!

Steele Family~
You just might recognize this little boy - he's made several appearances over the years! All grown up at the age of 3 - I promise you! He remembered I had gummies last time - and I'm really glad I came prepared! He was very concerned with making sure we had plenty! I could go on and on...he's a riot! Just a little country boy - in polo! :) He needed a key to that pickup so we could see if it would start. He also knew why there was a trailer hitch - so we could pull the tractor! His tractor is not working - he drove it too fast and ran out of gas!!! He wanted to come home with me...I'm a little sad he didn't get to. Maybe next time Jackson.
Enjoy your sneak peek ~ many more to come.

Raper Family ~
This is Ms. Josie and her hubby! Josie owns the flower shop in town (for all of you readers down south) - Petals and Twigs. Super cute jewelry, flowers, you name it! We went out to Aunt Sue's for pictures. No, I do not know Aunt Sue. Then I found out she's really not their aunt. I love small towns! Aren't they the perfect couple?
I love the look on Dee's face and Josie's laughter. This pretty much tells it all!
I think she's pretty crazy about him - what do ya'll think??
I hope you enjoy your sneak peek! I had a great time on our little adventure. Josie, come get me and we'll head back out to that house for treasures!

Latham Family ~ Session Giveaway Winners
Meet the Latham family ~ not all members were excited about this outing (Mike and Brenden)! Thanks for being such good troopers...well, mostly good!
They were Week 3 winners of my October giveaways.
I think Stacy is saying..."Mike, if you don't smile you'll regret it!"
This one is my favorite...for now! I can't wait to see what this will look like on a canvas.
So, after all of those pictures we took of Mr. B we did get a few with eyes open and a great smile! Mom, you will be so proud!!!!
Now this little one...she is a natural for sure! I mean, if you are offering ice cream after the session and all!
Thanks for a late lunch and all of the laughter Latham family! I love you all and can't wait to see you again soon.
OH, I almost forgot the best part of the day...Mike mentions that he would really like to go get this Mama for a few pictures. So, we did just that (nothing like getting your money worth...out of a free session). Here are a few of Mike and his Mama, Julia! Julia - it was very nice meeting you. I think we'll get along just great!
I'm not sure what was so funny, but this really does capture the day perfectly!

Braxton's Family~
How about those serious faces?!?! I'm pretty sure none of them have a mean bone in their body! Pretty special boys to our family.
Dakota ~ middle child. One heck of a little wrestler! Thinks he might want to be a model - I think he's on to something.
Sheldon ~ oldest! Typical 16 year old. Not really happy about spending the afternoon taking pictures, but he did spot a few girls! Braxton makes sure he stays in line! Good luck, Sheldon! :)
Well, as you all know I could go on and on about this one....little baby brother! Handsome, huh??? Pretty awesome kido in my book - and his Moms too!
So, here is the whole gang! Just a few OU fans...I wore my orange shoes to even things out. No worries!
I hope you enjoy your sneak peek, Nena! More to come...

Rowell Family
I say the same things over and over...but have you seen cuter kids??? I'm so glad everyone I photograph is beautiful!!! ;) This is the Rowell family. Once again, we met through church. We met downtown for a few quick family pictures. No one was really interested, but we were able to steal a few smiles here and there! Enjoy your sneak peek Ging!
Ginger - I love the short, blonde hair! :) Very much you...
I couldn't resist this picture. This was Miss B's "look" most of the session! She wasn't having it. I didn't realize how much she looked like her Mama until that day! I enjoyed my time with you guys!!

McClung Family ~ Free Session Winner
What a great family! We go to church with them. Us "parents" are in Sunday School together. Madilyn and little Merrick are in class together - and are quite smitten with each other. Just the other morning while getting ready for church Toni told Merrick he looked so handsome...he agreed and said Madilyn was going to kiss him!!!! :) Well, then shortly after she was coloring and was saying her alphabet then all of the sudden said "That spells Merrick"!!! Too cute. I'm sure you will agree, she has a good eye! I've really enjoyed getting to know each member of this family. If you ever need a sitter - Miss Cheyenne is you girl! And I know Miss Mia will be just as soon as she gets few more years under her belt! I hope you enjoy your sneak peek as much as I've enjoyed viewing them!
Oh, and one other thing - this is their FIRST family photo!!!! Congrats, you all did great! :)
***When I'm excited about a certain picture I make Aaron take a look - first thing he said "where is a picture of their faces?" Well, just to clear up any questions - they want to do Christmas cards so I don't want to ruin any surprises. They may want to use a picture with their faces????

Christensen Sneak Peek~
If you look back to the beginning of my blog you will find these guys...minus baby sister! Then you will find baby sister - but you wouldn't recognize her as the same baby! My goodness...she's grown. Still perfect. Brothers still love her just as much. No one is willing to give her to me. I really shouldn't joke about that, I know. But really. Do you see that face? Those legs????
Every time I start to tell a story I stop...because the tears begin. We miss you guys. Braxton misses the boys so much. I'm working on Aaron for Friday night - keep your fingers crossed!
Go Indians!!!!! :) NO more injuries!
See what I mean??? Those legs....those are Madilyn legs! :)
To sum up Luke - he's a man of many words!!
To sum up Clay - he's a man of very, very few words! No matter what your Mama says, I like that haircut!
I had so so much fun! You absolutely made my weekend!

McMillan Family
On Friday morning Madilyn and I hit the road to the Sulphur/Ardmore. My first session was out at the McMillan Ranch. Such beauty every way you turn. I could've stayed all day. Zeno really wanted to take pictures all day, let me tell you! :) We grabbed a few of the family first, then sent Dad on his way.
Rory recently turned ONE so she deserved a session all about her (soon to follow)! Becca, I hope you enjoy your sneak peek!
This one is my favorite so far. I think it completely captures each personality. Very sweet family.
Can you tell she had Daddy right where she wants him?
Invite me back anytime - especially at sunset. The views are amazing and would love to spend some more time capturing your family.
